Physical Training for Everest Base Camp 


The Everest Base Camp Trek require for cardio endurance and strength endurance more than anything.

Regular hikes, cardio exercise, and breathing exercises will be most beneficial for your preparation.

Training for Everest Base Camp should include improving cardio endurance, strength endurance, and being comfortable carrying a daypack uphill for long periods at a time.

You’ll want to focus on duration more than distance.
