• Single occupants will have a hotel room to themselves.
• Double occupancy packages are for TWO (2) people sharing ONE (1) hotel room. Each person must pay for their own package, but they may be purchased together. 
  If making a reservation for two people, you must pay for TWO (2) deposits.
  If paying the full price for two people, you must purchase TWO (2) double packages.
  In either case, increase the quantity to +2 at checkout.
• Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of $500 per person is due with your reservation application.
  To receive Early Booking Savings Discount and Save $250 per person, booking and your deposit must be made by August 30, 2021.
  Final balance is due thirty (30) days prior to departure (Thursday, September 16, 2021).
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund at 1 week prior to departure, non-refundable within 6 days of departure.
