I have been capital one customer for years. All my info is on dark web. Plus they charged on my account.
I was issued a check and tried to cash it the day I received it which was September 12 of that year and it came back as fraudulent. I have tried to get another check sent out for months and months. All capital one would tell me is they can’t help me that it was an issue with my bank. I know that wasn’t true. I lost out on $3500 because they were failing me once again and they are also trying to charge me for a fraud account that was opened in my name but I can’t even get the credit bureau to remove it and c-one won’t either. Now I find out that dollar tree distribution had a breach and I now know why I have more fraud claims on my credit. It’s to the point I’m going to have to file bankruptcy. Someone please get me my money and my identity back so my credit won’t plummet anymore. Please don’t let this comment get my identity stolen again
